How does a glow stick work?
Glow products contain chemicals that activate when the item is snapped. After snapping and shaking, the chemicals mix and start glowing. For the best effect, use in darker settings.
How long does the glow last in glow sticks, necklaces, bracelets, and novelties?
Once activated, the glow lasts for about 4-6 hours. Please note that glow items cannot be reactivated after use.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express. Additionally, we offer Net 30 day accounts for qualified customers with approved purchase orders.
Can I receive my order by tomorrow?
Yes, we offer expedited shipping options. Orders placed before 2 p.m. CST can select rush production and overnight shipping for next-day delivery. Please note that delays may occur if items are out of stock.

Will my balloons arrive inflated?
Balloons (Mylar, latex, or LED) are shipped uninflated. If we inflated them, they would likely deflate or pop before delivery. You can inflate them with helium or air at home.

Do you offer custom products with logos?

What formats do you accept for custom printing?
We prefer vector images (Illustrator or Corel Draw) for printing. We also accept high-resolution JPG, EPS, PSD, or TIFF files (300 dpi minimum). We do not accept PNG files.

What’s the difference between Supreme LED foam stick batons and Premium ones?
Supreme batons are higher quality with more LED functions than the Premium ones. They’re 16 inches long with 7 LED functions, while Premium batons are 18 inches long with 3 flashing modes. Both are soft, bright, and perfect for events like sporting games and festivals.
Can I get a catalog?
